Chicken Legs: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season chicken with a little oil, salt, and pepper, and any other spices you want, according to your taste. Then, bake the chicken legs uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F on a meat thermometer.

Falafel: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread falafel balls on a baking sheet. Heat for about 10-12 minutes.

Ground Beef: Allow meat to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Heat oil in a large stainless steel or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the meat, and use a spatula to break it up into pieces. Let the meat brown without touching for about five minutes. Sprinkle salt and any other spices. Continue to let the meat brown, stirring once after every minute, until all the moisture has evaporated.

Pizza Bagels: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread pizza bagels on a baking sheet. Heat for about 5 minutes, until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.

Cheese Breadsticks: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spread breadsticks on a baking sheet. Heat for about 8-10 minutes.
