Food Preparation Instructions
Falafel: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread falafel balls evenly on a baking pan. Place in oven and bake until heated through to an internal temperature of 160°F, about 12-15 minutes.
Ground Beef: Set the ground beef out on the counter for 20 minutes before cooking. Press your ground beef into your pan and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes without disturbing. Once the bottom has formed a nice brown crust, flip it over and let the other side cook for 5 minutes before you break up the meat into crumbles. Continue cooking for 5-10 more minutes, or until the meat is cooked throughout with a nice crispy brown outside.
Waffles: Remove the waffles from the packaging and place them directly on the center rack of a preheated 400°F oven. Bake for about 4–5 minutes, or until warm. Heating times may vary depending on the appliance, so adjust as needed.
Pizza Snaps: Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen pizza snaps on a cookie sheet leaving some space between them. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Food Preparation Instructions:
Salmon: Defrost salmon overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400°. Season with any spices of your choosing. Bake about 20 minutes until an internal temperature of 145° is reached.
Mac & Cheese: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place mac & cheese bites in a single layer on an ungreased baking tray. Heat for 11-12 minutes.
Ground Beef: Allow meat to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes. Heat oil in a large stainless steel or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the meat, and use a spatula to break it up into pieces. Let the meat brown without touching for about five minutes. Sprinkle salt and any other spices. Continue to let the meat brown, stirring once after every minute, until all the moisture has evaporated.
Pizza Bagels: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spead pizza bagels on a baking sheet. Heat for about 5 minutes, until internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
